At Dinexa you shop easily and securely. If you have questions or are unsure about something, you are always welcome to contact us at support@dinexagems.com

To shop at Dinexa, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Payment and prices

You choose at checkout whether you want to pay by invoice, Swish, internet banking, card payment or installment payment. Invoices are sent to your email. It is just as easy to shop as a private individual and as a company.

All prices are current and may change in the future. The individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees, as well as 25% VAT. Terms of payment are also stated at checkout. We reserve the right to final sales and any image and typing errors on the webshop, such as errors in product descriptions, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changed prices from suppliers or currency changes) or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock.

Deliveries and returns

Dinexa sells both physical and digital products. The digital products are delivered digitally to your computer and email and therefore do not have a shipping fee. Returns are offered in accordance with laws on complaints and the right of withdrawal.

We offer the following delivery methods

Dinexa Streetwear

Shipped directly from the manufacturer in Germany. Free shipping is offered for purchases over 2000 SEK. The delivery time for DN-Streetwear sent by post is normally 10 weekdays. Since each garment is made specifically for you, it takes a few days to make your garments, the delivery time is a little longer. If the package goes to a post office and is not redeemed and is returned to us, this cost will be charged to you as a customer. The package must be picked up at a post office within 7 days. Please note that if you have regretted your purchase and want to return your package, it must be signed for by the agent and sent to the return address.

Vintiqe

The delivery time for Vintiq's products is 5 working days & If the package goes to a post office and is not redeemed and is returned to us, this cost will be charged to you as a customer. The package must be picked up at the post office within 7 days. Please note that if you have cancelled your purchase and want to return your package, it must be signed out by the agent and sent to the return address.

The digital products are sent immediately to your email inbox or according to the order time. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email. If there is a delivery delay, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order. There may be occasions that make it impossible to complete the order, for example when our supplier or forwarder cannot fulfill their commitment to us. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Returns, 14-day open purchase and exchanges

According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a private individual (this does not apply to companies) have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods. However, the right to cancel the purchase does not apply to digital products that are delivered digitally and that you have access to immediately after purchase in your inbox.

You cancel your purchase of our physical products by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@dinexagems.com and provide your name and order number, and we will help you further with your matter. In the case of returns, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping.

In the case of returns, you as the customer are responsible for the goods, therefore it is important that the goods are not damaged during transport. In order for a full refund to be made, the goods must be unused and sent back in undamaged original packaging. It is important that the outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not stuck to the original packaging. You have the right to open the packaging and examine the item, but you are not allowed to use it. If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary and this has led to the item being returned being of lesser value, we are entitled to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's decrease in value from the amount to be refunded. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item.

Complaint

The goods undergo a thorough quality check before they are sent to you. However, if you still receive a broken item, it is important to contact us as soon as possible and describe the defect. If a product is damaged or does not meet the standard when used and a complaint should be made, you are welcome to contact us at support@dinexagems.com with your order number and an attached picture of the damaged item. If it is clear what is wrong, then we can easily handle your complaint in the best way.

We follow the Consumer Purchase Act, where the right to complain is three years. When making a complaint, you state the order number and the fault/damage to the product. In the event of a return, it is important that the product is packaged in such a way that it does not risk being damaged. We check all returned products carefully and in the event of a valid return, we are responsible for the shipping. In the event of a dispute, our policy is to follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Consumer Complaints.

Privacy Policy

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In this case, contact us by email. 

By entering your email address for the newletter, you agree to receive marketing and information via email from Dinexa AB. This may include news, offers and campaigns related to our various areas of activity such as sale of vintage jewelry, DN streetwear, digital products and other. We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and you can unsubscribe from our mailings at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email or contact us directly.
